Ketodex: Intranasal dexmedetomidine plus ketamine for procedural sedation in children: an adaptive randomized controlled non-inferiority multicenter trial

This study is to determine if children with a fracture or dislocation and need a procedure called a “reduction”, especially, pulling the bone back into place, prefer to have sedative given through inhaling or through needle and if both methods work equally as well at sedating the child.
