Research Focus

I study early social-cognitive development with a focus on school-aged children. My research involves behavioural and experimental approaches to understanding young children's mental models of physical and digital contexts. My current work is focused on uncovering children's thinking about and representations of the effects of technology on their own safety, privacy, and well-being.
