The predicator factors of long term epilepsy and long-term neurodevelopmental outcome in children who have suffered from neonatal encephalopathy, particular Neonatal Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE). The findings are moderate and severe HIE has poor neurodevelopmental outcome. Specific MRI pattern predicts epilepsy risk.
