Research Focus
My main research interest is the application of metabolomics to a wide range of physiological and biochemical studies to investigate the effect of various food ingredients and/or drugs on metabolic pathways (non-targeted and/or targeted approaches) using our fully equipped NMR and Mass Spectrometry-based metabolomics platform.
