Research Focus

Evaluating the effectiveness of providing evidenc-based mental health resources in novel ways including in low-intensity and online formats. Pilot implementation of a Dialectical Behaviour Therapy-informed class for adults with emotion regulation difficulties found improvements in symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Research Interests

Current research focuses on studying ways to effectively provide families with resources they need to support healthy child development including in the areas of:
- Child and adolescent psychopathology
- Family functioning
- Parental psychopathology and/or functioning
- Parenting skills
