Research Focus
My laboratory studies the regulation of the metabolism of the phospholipid cardiolipin. Specifically, we are studying the regulation of cardiolipin biosynthesis and remodeling in mammalian tissues and cells in childhood genetic disease and in chronic diseases such as obesity and type 2 diabetes.
