Research Focus

My research focuses on family systems-expressive arts interventions in pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT). We have developed an innovative "dialoguing with images" method where ill children and families draw an image of their illness experience, and then are guided through a shared dialogue with the image and other family members.
