Superheroes are not always shaped by the capes they wear, but by what they do in times of adversity by rising above the challenge presented to create a better outcome for everyone involved.

We are fortunate to work in a community where superheroes present themselves every day in a pre-pandemic world, and now even more during COVID-19 where each day brings a new challenge that did not exist the day before. During this time, there have been many individuals who have gone above and beyond their regular role to help keep labs running, where possible, and have helped to keep their teams connected through humor and jokes.
