Hear from physicians who have successfully integrated educational research into their clinical careers.

Panelists:
• Dr. Justin Cloutier – Cardiologist, assistant professor and medical director at St. Boniface Hospital. His research explores how assessment tools like EPAs impact relationships in clinical learning environments.
• Dr. Lawrence Gillman – Acute care/trauma surgeon and intensivist, associate professor in surgery. He is the founder of the national Simulated Trauma and Resuscitation Team Training (STARTT) course and editor of the Trauma Team Dynamics textbook.
• Dr. Nina Kuzenko – Psychiatrist, associate professor and medical director of the Schizophrenia Treatment and Education Program. Her research focuses on feedback in clinical supervision and monitoring side effects of antipsychotic medications.
