The DREAM theme is excited to announce the 2026 DREAM Diabetes Research Symposium will be held on Thursday, November 5^th, 2026, from 8 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights. The DREAM Trainee Day will be held on Wednesday, November 4^th, 2026, from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., also at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights.

The symposium will once again include trainee presentations (3 x clinical research, 3 x fundamental sciences), selected from the top 6 abstracts. Financial awards will be given to the top oral and poster presentations (5 total). The deadline to submit abstracts for both oral and poster presentations is Wednesday, September 9^th, 2026.
