In this virtual presentation, RITHIM staff will introduce CHRIM researchers to the Harmony platform, a new electronic system designed to unify ethics, privacy, and institutional reviews into a single streamlined application process for health research in Manitoba.
Researchers will be guided through the Harmony workflow, form structure, and project migration process, including how to manage in-flight projects and ensure proper account setup for accessing imported studies.

Liz Lylyk
Liz Lylyk is the Director of RITHIM, with over 25 years of experience in health ethics and regulatory affairs. She leads the RITHIM initiative with a focus on stakeholder engagement and strategic development to advance health research in Manitoba.
Mark Pinder
Mark Pinder is a Program Officer at RITHIM specializing in Harmony support and training, with a background in clinical trials coordination. He provides hands-on guidance to researchers navigating the Harmony system.
