My research aims to identify factors that influence the developmental origins of chronic diseases established early in life. I am currently studying the role of breastfeeding and bioactive components of human milk in the developmental origins of inflammatory and chronic diseases in Canadian children.
My career goal is to be a world-class independent clinical investigator in translational pediatric research, with a focus on DOHaD. My goal is to tackle and reduce chronic disease incidence in young Canadians and worldwide.
