Research Focus

My research is focused on filling computational gaps in the -omics research that limit access to existing correlations and interplay between multiple levels of a biological system’s descriptors. Specifically, we aim to employ genomics, epigenomics, and transcriptomics data, along with proteomics and metabolomics data to model the relationships between genotypic predictors and phenotypic responses.

Research Interests

- Bioinformatics applications in temporal multi-omics data
